the OUTDOOR space
The outdoor area utilises the Level 2 commercial balcony. It has been furnished and is ideally suited as a lunch area or for general socialising. The area has Wi-Fi access and can be used as a business area for those who work better in fresh air. The outdoor area is also a designated Smokers Area.

The Avenue precinct has a variety of break out spaces for its commercial staff, including The Atrium and other external seating areas. The Precinct has fantastic eateries such as; Freshpoint Co Parap with their amazing food and drinks menu and stunning natural eating areas on the pods overlooking Salonika Street | Karma Cafe with their fantastic variety of healthy meals and snacks and amazing coffee | Curry on Naan with their traditional indian cuisine for after hours take away on those nights you might stay back late.
